OUR GUARANTEE
We offer
products of the highest quality. If for any reason a product
does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within 30
days. We will gladly replace the product or issue a full refund.
This 30-day refund and exchange policy is on all Wildlife &
Outdoor Images™ photographs, and matted or framed products.
RETURN POLICY
Your matted or matted and framed photographs are custom
produced, and your complete satisfaction is our goal. We are
confident you will be pleased with both the exceptional
sharpness and vivid colors of your print, as well as the
professional workmanship and materials used in the matting and
framing. We use only the highest quality wood frames and
archival matting materials available.
Shipping Damage
Our
packaging is done with experience and the utmost care; damage
incurred during shipment is extremely rare. However, if your
order is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 24
hours of receipt. A representative from the shipping company
will contact you to inspect the package. Please keep all the
packaging materials intact. Once the shipper confirms
verification of damage, we will replace the damaged product at
no charge.
Product Defects
All
orders are carefully inspected before shipping and must meet our
high standards of perfection. However, if your product has a
defect not related to shipping damage, please notify us
immediately. Please keep all packing materials intact. We will
make a determination as to how to rectify the problem based on
the type and extent of the defect. In all cases your product
will be fixed or replaced to your satisfaction.
Other Returns
If you
would like to return your print for a reason other than shipping
damage or a product defect, there will be a 30% restocking fee.
You are responsible for returning the print to us, insured for
its full value. Once we receive your print in its original
condition, we will apply a credit to your credit card for 70% of
your original purchase price.
All
returns must be processed within 30 days.
When ordering, please choose carefully. If there is concern as
to how your photograph will match what you see on your computer
monitor, we highly recommend ordering a small sample print
before placing your order. The cost of the sample print, as
well as any shipping cost, will be credited back to you when you
place your final order. |
